Replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets, email threads, and a legacy tool with one system that runs the day-to-day. Now serves 950+ customers across recurring billing, route planning, and customer support.

An AI pipeline that turns raw product photos into ready-to-list inventory across ten retail stores. Image enrichment, automatic descriptions, cross-channel listings.

When the third-party loyalty platform was being shut down, we scoped and built a replacement that integrates with the existing point-of-sale.

2025 — present
Inherited an aging point-of-sale extension. Untangled a broken sales report, then worked through a backlog of small but high-leverage requests around inventory, transfers, and reporting.
How we work
Most engagements ship something useful inside three to six weeks. If the project genuinely needs longer, we say so before starting.
Every system has someone whose Tuesday it shapes. We talk to them, watch them work, and design from there.
Our goal is software your business owns and can keep running without us. We're not a permanent dependency.
